You can book room in our hotel by ways below:

• By calling our booking department  from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m.: +7 (4852) 58-08-58
• By calling at the reception desk from 6 p.m. till 9 a.m.:  +7 (4852) 58-11-58
• By sending a fax application  on  number: +7 (4852) 58-09-58
• By sending an application on our email:  reservation@ringhotel.ru
• By using module of online booking on our site

You need to put next information on it:

• Guest’s full name
• Contacts
• Check-in date
• Check-out date
• Type of the room

You may guarantee your booking with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club) by transferring money on our account or making prepayment. In other case we can’t guarantee you reservation.

When you’re paying with your credit card using module of online booking, we only charge the price of one day staying; remaining amount we’ll charge while you will checking-in.

Check-in time – 2 p.m. (local time)

Check-out time – noon (local time)

To check-in before 7 a.m. local time you need to pay extra 100% of room price.

To check-in from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time you need to pay extra 50% of room price.

To check-out from noon to 6 p.m. local time you need to pay extra 50% of room price.

To check-out after 6 p.m. local time you need to pay extra 100% of room price.
