Information about repayment

In case of invalidating of guaranteed reservation, guest has right to ask our hotel to return back payments that have been done.

To return back payments guest need to send an application and to put there the information below:

• Guest’s  full name
• The number of invalidating reservation
• Departure and leaving dates
• The type of the room
• The reason of invalidating
• Detailed info of an account where to return back payments

Together with an application we need copy of your passport’s first page.

Money, excluding incurred losses of the hotel, we’ll return on your credit card or account.
